Complete Quality Roofing, Co., doing business as Revildor®, is a family-owned and operated roofing company serving Orlando and surrounding Central Florida communities.
Since 2007, Revildor® has helped homeowners and businesses protect their properties with professional roof replacement, roof repair, storm-related roofing services, asphalt shingle roofing, metal roofing, and gutter solutions.
The company is led by Luis F. Quevedo and Diana Bolivar, whose combined experience reaches far beyond roof installation. Their backgrounds include construction, home inspection, insurance adjusting, property appraisal, operations, marketing, business development, consumer education, and community leadership.

Luis F. Quevedo
Luis F. Quevedo is president of Complete Quality Roofing, Co., doing business as Revildor®. He is a licensed Florida roofing contractor with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry.
His professional background includes serving as a state-certified home inspector and independent insurance adjuster. Luis has conducted more than 2,500 commercial and residential inspections throughout Florida.
Before founding Revildor®, Luis worked for the Orange County Property Appraiser’s Office as an Exemptions Compliance Investigator and later as a residential and commercial field appraiser.
Luis is also actively involved in the roofing industry and serves on the board of directors for the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association.

Diana Bolivar
Diana Bolivar is vice president of Revildor® and oversees key areas of the company, including operations, marketing, customer experience, and business development.
She works alongside Luis to help ensure that the company remains organized, responsive, ethical, and focused on the needs of Central Florida property owners.
One of Diana’s most fulfilling roles is helping consumers understand Florida’s construction industry. She provides buyer-beware guidance and helps customers make informed decisions involving their roofs, contractors, warranties, and homes.
Diana is deeply engaged in the Central Florida community and is a graduate of Leadership Florida, Leadership Seminole, and Leadership Orlando. She also serves on boards and committees throughout Central Florida.

Experience That Extends Beyond Roofing
Revildor’s leadership understands roofing from several sides of the property industry, including construction, inspections, storm claims, estimating, appraisal, and contractor accountability.
Construction and Inspection Experience
Luis developed extensive experience evaluating residential and commercial properties while working in construction and as a state-certified home inspector.
Insurance Adjusting and Hurricane Claims
Luis worked as an independent insurance adjuster. He and Diana also operated a business that helped clients with insurance claims following the Florida hurricanes of 2004 and 2005.
Orange County Property Appraisal
Luis served as an Exemptions Compliance Investigator and later worked as a residential and commercial field appraiser for the Orange County Property Appraiser’s Office.
